Comprehensive Analysis and Placement

​​Every college looks for specific details in its applicants, and college application results often seem unexpected and unpredictable to those who don't know individual schools' specific preferences. Arrow Admissions have extensive experience placing students with a comprehensive analysis of their strengths and weaknesses to build a portfolio to target their dream school.

Building a Portfolio

​Using the results from the comprehensive analysis coupled with students' passion and target school, Arrow Admissions will recommend a list of action items such as courses, activities, competitions, research, internship, and volunteering opportunities to bolster their application.

College Application Services

• Arrow Admissions work closely with students to develop a comprehensive College List based on Student Strengths and Passion. The college list will include a mix of schools with Safety, Target, and Reach schools. 
• Students will have a head start on the application process beginning summer with college visit planning and will be kept on track until their applications are submitted with 100% satisfaction well before the deadline.
• The college applications such as the common app, coalition app, UC system app, and individual college app will be reviewed thoroughly, and all the questions will be addressed.

Personal Statement (Essay) and Activities List

​The personal statement and activities/ honors list are the most essential part of the college application since it is the first stop for admission officers to know about the applicant. Therefore, as part of our service, we will help applicants craft a compelling personal statement and activities list, which will showcase their hobbies, interests, and passions in a concise, unique, and compelling manner to grab the attention of admission officers. 

Arrow admissions will work with students to brainstorm all their college essays, including supplemental ones. The essays go through multiple drafts and will be professionally revised and edited by our editing team.

Recommenders and Recommendations 

​Most top students have surprisingly bland recommendation letters; we don't let our students get away with anything less than glowing letters. We advise students to approach teachers who would be best positioned to write a recommendation letter and how they would best be able to speak to students' specific academic and personal strengths. We also help prepare a cover letter, resume, and portfolio of work from a recommender's class to present at a personal meeting to maximize your recommendation letter's impact on readers.

Mock Interviews 

​We prepare students for both on-campus and alumni interviews by preparing for common questions that are asked during interviews and how to answer them effectively.
